Bidding for Construction:
- Send drawings to contractor(s) to receive bid(s) for project installation. We recommend bidding to three (3) contractors minimum.
- Answering questions from contractors during the bid period may result in addenda that are distributed to all bidders so that each is working on the exact same information.
- Receive bids, review with owers, award contract or make changes (see below).
Value Engineering and Revisions (if applicable):
- Revise drawings to meet any budget restrictions and ask for bid price adjustments.
- Revise drawings to reflect necessary changes.
